Track your Pokemon Infinite Fusion Nuzlocke run with all Kanto and Johto routes pre-loaded. Record encounters, manage fusions, and survive every gym — built for Infinite Fusion.
Pokemon Infinite Fusion lets you fuse any two Pokemon together, creating over 176,000 possible combinations. This adds an entirely new strategic layer to Nuzlocke runs. With encounters spanning both Kanto and Johto (80+ locations), tracking what you catch and what you fuse is essential. This tracker has all routes from both regions pre-loaded.
Infinite Fusion follows the Kanto gym order first, then continues into Johto. Gym leaders match your team size, making preparation critical.

The fusion mechanic requires special Nuzlocke rules. Here are the most commonly used rule sets:
Catch Rule: You can only catch the first non-fused Pokemon encountered in each area. If a wild fusion appears, skip it and wait for a regular Pokemon.
Fusion Rule: You may fuse any two Pokemon you own using DNA Splicers. If a fused Pokemon faints, BOTH component Pokemon are considered dead.
Unfusion Rule: You may unfuse Pokemon freely, but both components retain any damage taken while fused.
Death Rule: Standard Nuzlocke — if it faints, it is dead. Box it permanently.
Fixed Fusion: Once fused, Pokemon cannot be separated. This adds more weight to fusion decisions.
Fusion Only: You can only use fused Pokemon in battle. Unfused Pokemon must stay in the box.
Route 1 - Nidoran: Both male and female versions are excellent fusion bases. Nidoking/Nidoqueen fusions gain amazing type coverage.
Viridian Forest - Pikachu: Electric typing fuses well with almost anything. Pikachu fusions tend to be fast and hit hard.
Mt. Moon - Clefairy: Fairy type (added in Infinite Fusion) makes Clefairy fusions surprisingly tanky with great defensive typing.
Route 6 - Honedge: Steel/Ghost is one of the best defensive typings in the game. Honedge fusions are incredibly strong.
Safari Zone: Tons of rare encounters. Plan carefully since this is one encounter area. Kangaskhan and Scyther fusions are top tier.
Power Plant - Magnemite: Steel/Electric fusions have incredible resistances. Magnezone fusions are among the best in the game.
Pokemon Mansion - Ditto: While Ditto itself is not great, it can be useful for breeding strategies if your rules allow it.
Route 29-31: Fresh encounters in Johto let you rebuild your team. Larvitar, Mareep, and Heracross are all excellent fusion bases.
Lake of Rage - Gyarados: The Red Gyarados encounter is fixed. Gyarados fusions with Dragon Dance are devastating.
